Changes from 1.7 to 1.9

* 1) Added per-procedure selections for adding code.
* 2) Added code cleanup routines to remove previously added debugging code.
3) Moved GUI elements around to accomodate "clean code" button, as well as moving the "save files" checkbox inside the options frame
4) Fixed problem with comments between select case blocks
5) You are now prompted to save "Dirty" files
6) Indenting is preserved better after a code cleaning.
* 7) Added Code Template feature.  Allows you to create and use prebuilt collections of debugging files.
8) Added right-click menu on module list for checking/unchecking everything.
9) Now checks to see if it has already added debugging code to a module to avoid double-adding line numbers
10) No longer includes DebugPackager error handling modules to list.
